Who We Are

Little Words Project® is a community of Nice Girls that believes in some simple truths: 

1. Supporting women is always the way to go
2. Collaboration always wins over competition
3. Kindness builds confidence and fosters self-love

How It Works

Little Words Project® encourages women to both be kind to themselves and to others.

Our handcrafted bracelets are each made with a different inspirational word. Each bracelet features a tag inscribed with a registration code. This code is used to register your bracelet which enters you into the Nice Girl Gang - a community of women dedicated to building each other up. Wear your Little Word® for as long you need it to remind you of just how freakin’ great you are. Eventually, you’ll find someone who needs that reminder a little more - and you’ll pass it on, so they too can benefit from its message. Not only will it bring her the same good vibes it brought you, but it will also give her access to the Nice Girl community when she registers the same tag number on the Little Words Project® app or website.

Together we can do something positive to Girl World. But remember- it starts with you.

SELF-LOVE – Be kind to yourself. When you’re kind to yourself, you’ll naturally want to be kind to others. And when you’re kind to others, you build self-esteem. And when you build self-esteem, you build confidence and more self-love. So, want to be confident? Simple- be kind.

KINDNESS – Look, just don’t be a jerk … kindness matters. In fact, it makes you better, not just the world around you. So be nice and pass it on.

COLLABORATION – Somewhere the script got twisted and the notion that becoming a #GirlBoss meant you had to be cut-throat and cruel to move up the ladder. That’s simply not true. We as women need to collaborate and advocate for one another in the workplace, school, and life in general in order to get ahead- NOT the other way around.

AUTHENTICITY – Be confident in how you view yourself. Stick up for the underdog. Don’t shit-talk to the new girl. Be the cool girl who is ALSO the nice girl. Decide who you are, then put that woman out there and don’t give a damn about what other people think.

INCLUSIVITY – You can sit with us … everyone is welcome in our Nice Girl Gang. We value and embrace diversity – in fact we encourage it! No matter your age, race, ethnicity, size, sexuality – as long as your values align with ours, you’re in. We all have something to learn from one another and first-hand insights are invaluable tools- so don’t miss out by judging a book by its cover.
